OUTRAGE: Immigration Agents Were Ordered to Stay Away from Illegal Alien Protests

In past commentary on the mass illegal alien protests around the country, we have wondered aloud where Immigration chieftess Julie L. Myers, head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been. We've also wondered aloud why ICE agents aren't converging on the mas protests to arrest the illegals. It would be like shooting fish in a barrell and very efficient.

Now, we know the answer. We assumed that Julie Myers a/k/a "The ICE Princess" and other Homeland Security officials ordered agents to stay away from the protests and not arrest anyone. Yes, the same ICE Princess who pledged to Congress that she was serious about illegal immigration. Serious, apparently, about letting it continue.

And, apparently, our assumption was correct.

We got word from ICE agents in Michigan and Ohio that they wanted to attend the rallies (which, in Detroit, were RIGHT in front of their building, the McNamara Federal Bldg.). They were ordered by their boss, Michigan/Ohio ICE Special Agent in Charge Brian Moskowitz a/k/a "Abu Moskowitz" to stay away from the rallies.

Abu Moskowitz forbade them from arresting any of the illegal aliens present. So, remind us again, WHY are we paying Abu Moskowitz $140,000.00 in U.S. taxpayer dollars per year? We're not quite sure--other than to use ICE resources to convene with his Islamist/"former" terrorist buddies and his retinue of female "companions."

Agents are angry that they were not allowed to arrest the illegals who were right in front of their noses, rubbing their illegal presence in the agents' faces. And agents tell us that they are told this was a nationwide policy coming directly from the ICE Princess ordering them to ignore the illegal alien rallies and forbidding them from making arrests. This is a disgrace.

Like we said all along, Julie Myers is incompetent and unqualified. But now she's committing professional malpractice against the American people. Well past time for her to GO.

Surely nobody can be suprised by this.

This has been administration policy from day one. Julie Myers is just the latest in a long line of lawyer political hacks to follow instructions from the top.

I would bet money she is not above being sued for incompetence. We need to see if we have any attorneys on line or find one that may be willing to donate some time for possibly a little advertising. Just a thought, file a class action suit for damages against the American public and taking money under false pretence. I wish I had gone to law school instead of computer school.

Bolton, is what we needed at the UN! It cant do any worse and i havent seen anything to think otherwise that he is harming being at the UN. He is a fresh air to the typical nonsense.

Scotty, I dont care if it didnt come from her directly she is head the agency and she is responsible for those under her control. Its called accoutability.

Take a deep breath, I was merely pointing out the orders came from on high and that all of our immigration enforcement has been told not to do anything.

I think Julie Meyers is worthless especially since she has no law enforcement background but was a former pencil pusher from another agency.

Why do you think I posted the article in the first place?

In 2004, in So CA., 12 Border Patrol agents rounded up over 450 illegals in only 3 days. So what happened next? Bush, through then Dep. Sec. of DHS, Asa Hutchinson, had the entire operation stopped. You know why? Because IT WORKED, and the one thing that Bush can never allow to happen is to show to the American public that the Border Patrol, when allowed to do its job, CAN ROUND UP AND DEPORT ILLEGALS!

They know where they live, where they work and where to find them. But Bush cannot allow any of these deportation operations to happen, other than for show to placate the masses and trick them into believing that he cares about the rule of law and the sovereignty of the United States. But to allow any mass deportations, as can easily be done, would be in conflict with his orders to destroy America and turn it into a third world, cheap labor pool for his corporate stooge bosses and New World Order masters.

I have written to some Congress people, notably Rep Tancredo, demanding Congressional Hearings to determine why Federal agencies, in DHS, including ICE, are being ordered to NOT enforce the laws that they are sworn to uphold. I would encourage others to do the same.

SOLUTION: CTIZENS" ARRESTS!

I know of a solution----everyone should start detaining anyone violating immigration law (8USC1324) , and charging them, in our court system, with conspiracy. As U.S. Citizens, you (still) have the right to make Citizens Arrests!

:D Aww no there is an Idea. Citizens arrest. Hmmm would sure hit the news if people could do it and not end up in jail thier selves. :wink: I'm thinking that one through. Because the police have no right to refuse a citizens arrest. They dont always have to lock up the person but they do have to issue a court appearence. :wink:

So why don't we sue her? I think it'd be a very simple numbers thing. Invaders entering - Invaders removed = x. If x is positive we have a very serious problem. I think the "stand down" approach would be very excellent proof. I'm sure there's a lawyer out there that would love to get some good exposure on this.
