U.S. Sen. Grassley: Pushes immigration authorities to hold employers accountable for H-1B Visa fraud

WASHINGTON – Senator Chuck Grassley today pressed Immigration and Customs Enforcement to step up its commitment to end the fraud and abuse of the H-1B visa program.

Grassley noted that within the last year, Citizenship and Immigration Services personnel have made an effort to identify employers who may have misrepresented their hiring intentions, but it appears that very few prosecutions have moved forward.

“It’s important that the work of USCIS fraud detection agents is not ignored, and that employers who violate our immigration system are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law,â€

Obama still supports the H-1B visa program which has thrown hundreds of thousands of Americans out of work. It is going to be very interesting to hear him tell the American public what he is going to do about jobs when the Federal government is the reason we have the job losses to begin with...

Exactly. And that goes for anyone else who supports illegal immigration, excess legal immigration and free trade treason that together have cost Americans over 30 million good jobs.

Costing us billions of dollars and unemployment over 10%1 Sure lets keep them here and keep thousands of Americans unemployed and dependent on the government. Socialism at work and growing stronger each day!
