Illegal alien charged with raping mentally handicapped woman in Pa.

On Apr. 4, police in Susquehanna Township arrested Jose Fredy Reyes, 29, after he reportedly broke into a woman's apartment and raped her. The victim, in her 30s, has the mental ability of that of an "elementary school student," according to court documents.

In addition to the most recent charge, Reyes has also allegedly sexually assaulted the woman twice within the last year. In one incident, he grabbed the victim's hand and led her to a secluded area, where he exposed himself, according to police.
Despite his illegal status, Reyes works for Classic Landscaping located in Maryland., and first assaulted the victim last summer while his company was working in a housing development inside the township. No details on the second assault have been divulged to the public.

On Apr. 2, Reyes entered the woman's home, and pulled his pants down. He then held her down and raped her in her living room, the police report states.
Penn Live reported:
A neighbor of the woman later told police that she saw a man run from the back of the woman’s house with his pants pulled down. She later identified Reyes as the man she saw.

Reyes at first said, “She invited me in” when questioned by police about entering the woman’s house. In a subsequent interview with a Spanish interpreter and police, he admitted to having sex with the woman and doing “all kinds of things,” Tarasi said in charging documents.

Reyes has been charged with the rape of a mentally disabled person, burglary, sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and false identification to law enforcement. He is currently being held at the Dauphin County Prison on an ICE detainer.

Reyes is next scheduled to appear in court on Apr. 14.
Reyes lives in Maryland, a state which in recent years, has become very friendly to illegal aliens. In addition to issuing driver's licenses and granting in-state tuition to those here illegally, most of the state's major cities and counties have so-called 'sanctuary policies' in place.

Sanctuary policies ban local law enforcement agencies from reporting illegal aliens under arrest for misdemeanors to federal authorities. Critics charge that such policies simply lay out the welcome mat for foreign criminals and endanger communities across the country.
