Undocumented immigrant charged with indecent exposure

STROUD TOWNSHIP — Witnesses said a man who turned out to be an undocumented immigrant was masturbating in public Wednesday at the Flower Field Motel on West Main Street, about 30 yards from the motel swimming pool occupied by adults and children at the time, according to Stroud Area Regional Police.

Julio Tolentino, 47, was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.

Police said a motel manager walked by and spotted Tolentino standing in a doorway of one of the rooms, facing out into a public area and masturbating with his pants down around his ankles.

Police said they responded and later learned Tolentino is an undocumented immigrant from Mexico.

He was arraigned and placed in Monroe County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail.
