    I am an Arizona resident… Is it racial profiling

    Is it racial profiling to pull over a speeding auto, or an erratically-driven auto - no matter who is driving it, then ask to see the REQUIRED papers?

    So, just because they passed this bill, they think NOW they are going to racial profile. Like they couln't have been doing it all along if that is what they wanted to do? They didn't need this law to profile. Police profile all of the time, and it isn't just against blacks and Mexicans. My nephew, who is snow white and a good kid, is stopped all of the time because he has a shaved head and kind of looks lilke a white supremesist. He is stopped for NOTHING. I have been with him when he has been stopped and when the police see me, a sixty year old grandma, they let him go without incident.
