According to Palm Beach police who are working with Border Patrol, at least 8 people came ashore on Palm Beach this morning.

PALM BEACH, Fla. - According to Palm Beach police who are working with Border Patrol, at least 11 people came ashore on Palm Beach this morning, based on the number of life jackets found.

Police say it is likely the people are from Haiti.

A perimeter was set up by police to search for the undocumented migrants.

A group of 8 people were discovered hiding in bushes at a home near North Lake Drive.

3 other people were eventually located nearby.
Police report that all 11 are in custody and in good health, though one person was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for treatment of dehydration..

There were two females in the group.
Three of the people were juvenile females, ages 5, 6 and 17.
