Police: Group Of Illegal Aliens Kidnapped, Raped, Pimped-Out Teen Runaway

GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WI (FDL Reporter) – Three men suspected of taking part in the trafficking of a teenage girl are now charged with sexual assault and enticement.
Esler Hugo Rivera, 33; Ember Rivera, 37; and Evis Amabilio Garcia Rivera, 31, all of Guatemala, were charged with multiple felonies in Green Lake County Circuit Court Tuesday morning, according to online court records.
Garcia Rivera is charged with second-degree sexual assault by use of force, and child enticement with exposure of intimate parts. Both Esler Hugo Rivera and Ember Rivera face charges of third-degree sexual assault and child enticement with exposure of intimate parts, according to online court records.
Three others with suspected involvement — Avelino Sarceno-Sarceno, 40; Noe Buatista-Martinez, 28; and Rolando Corado Gonzalez, 28 — also appeared in court, but will not have their initial appearances until 2 p.m. on Jan. 22.
On Nov. 28, Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a 17-year-old girl, saying she “had been sexually assaulted by several men living” at a residence on County Line Road in the town of Manchester, according to a criminal complaint from Green Lake County.
After she escaped from the residence where she told authorities “she was being sex trafficked,” deputies found her walking on the side of the road, and brought her into the vehicle, according to a press release from the county.
The girl told investigators that Garcia Rivera violently assaulted her earlier in the day, and that in the days leading up to it, a man later identified as Ember Rivera threatened to tell the police she was a prostitute if she did not have sex with him, according to the Green Lake County criminal complaint.
She also described other residents forcing her to have sex with them, using threats and intimidation.
During a search warrant executed by law enforcement on Nov. 29, law enforcement found six residents, all of whom are undocumented immigrants from Guatemala, within the home.
Ember Rivera, Corado Gonzalez, Bautista-Martinez, Sarceno-Sarceno and Garcia Rivera admitted to “paying for sex acts.” Hugo Rivera said he never had any sexual contact with the girl, but claimed she acted erratically in the home, tipping chairs and threatening others with a knife, according to a criminal complaint from Green Lake County.
Buatista-Martinez, Corado Gonzalez Ember Rivera and Garcia Rivera “did not indicate” they forced the girl into the acts. Multiple men believed the girl to be in a romantic relationship with Garcia Rivera, and all of the men believed she was between the ages of 22 and 28 and had four children, according to the criminal complaint.
The men seemed to exchange money “in conjunction” with the suspected sexual assaults and she “believed these payments were for having sex with her,” however she was not sure, she said. She had seen Garcia Rivera take some of the money, she told law enforcement.
Cash bond was set in early December at $20,000 for Garcia Rivera, Hugo Rivera, Ember Rivera, Bautista-Martinez and Corado Gonzalez. Sarceno-Sacreno’s bond was set at $50,000.
Hugo Rivera, Garcia Rivera and Ember Rivera will appear in court for their preliminary hearings at 2 p.m. on Jan. 22.
