Illegal Alien Wanted For Girlfriend's Murder In North Carolina





DURHAM, NC - Police are searching for Jorge Maya Gomez, 28, who they believe is responsible for the shooting death of 28-year-old Jessica Cortez Luna.

She was shot to death the day after Christmas, at a home in the 1000 block of Capstone Drive. The murder took place in front of their 7-year-old son, according to court documents.

The couple who live in Florida, were visiting family members in North Carolina, when Luna was killed.

Luna had four children, including a seven-month old baby.

Gomez, who is considered “armed and dangerous” may be headed back to the Tampa area.

The suspect is described as 6 feet tall, with short brown hair and a long, straggly goatee. He was last seen driving a black 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 pickup truck with North Carolina plates.
