Ahh, the joys of diversity.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41) -- Police say a homeless woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after she couldn't find a ride home to Liberia.
It happened shortly after midnight Tuesday morning.
Police say officers were dispatched to W. Southland Blvd., near 3rd St. on a report of a woman causing trouble. When they arrived, they allegedly found 35-year-old Matu Perry standing on the sidewalk, screaming.
Police said Perry told them she was from Liberia and she wanted a ride home. The arrest report indicates that she was, "yelling and screaming very loudly, which caused several area residents to wake up and check outside."
The officer also stated that Perry, "began yelling obscenities when officer advised that I can't drive her back to Liberia."
She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
