    Imperial Valley, Calif. - El Centro Sector Border Patrol enforcement operations have led to the recent arrests, convictions, and successful sentencing of 15 illegal immigrants, all of whom had convictions for a crime.The apprehensions took place earlier this year near the cities of Calexico, El Centro, and Indio, Calif.
