Raleigh man accused of raping 12-year-old girl

"Raleigh man accused of raping 12-year-old girl

RALEIGH -- Raleigh police accused a 23-year-old man of raping a 12-year-old girl on Saturday.

Marco Baltierra-Carmona of 2120-206 Lawson Dr., Raleigh, faces two counts of first-degree rape. He was being held on $500,000 secured bond, and authorities are checking to see whether he is in the U.S. legally.

Baltierra-Carmona is scheduled to appear in court Monday."

Hmmm........not much more in the way of details. IMO, it is unsatisfactory that more details on this case aren't be provided to the general public.
