Rep. Dana Rohrabacher got time during today’s floor debate for just one sentence. And the Huntington Beach Republican said he opposes the health reform bill because the measure will “take hundreds of billions of dollars out of Medicare and give millions of dollars of health care to illegal immigrants.â€
