La Raza and MEChA – Tools of the New World Order

In the United States of America there is an unholy political movement within the illegal immigrant community to radicalise them and to spark off a race war between the Hispanic immigrants and the Naturalised Americans, both black and white. It started in the late 1960s with the Southwest Council of La Raza being formed with direct funding of the Ford Foundation. In 1968 La Raza was given $600,000 USD by the Ford Foundation, and in 1969 a further $545,717 USD.

The Ford Foundation was set up by the Mont Perelin Group, which in turn was set up by Baron Louis de Rothschild, with assistance from the CIA and other organisations.

It's because they work cheap."

The Fund for the Republic hired Earl Browder, head of the Communist Party "to study the influence of Communism in contemporary America". In 1968, the Fund granted $215,000 to "promote in the U.S. the knowledge of contemporary Cuba. The funds will support the expenses of persons invited by the Gastro government to do research in Cuba." The National Guardian Jan. 13, 1968 pointed out that:


"The Ford Foundation plays a key part in financing and influencing almost all major civil rights groups including Congress of Racial Equality, Southern Christian Leadership, National Urban League, and NAACP."

The Ford Foundation has spent many millions to promote racial agitation and possible civil war in America, completely polarizing the races. In this effort, it is simply carrying on the plan inaugurated by the Rothschilds in 1865 with the Peabody Fund, the Slater Fund, and later the General Education Board, which is now the Rockefeller Foundation. It takes money to promote a civil war. Ford Foundation entered the Hispanic field by giving $600,000 to the openly revolutionary Southwest Council of La Raza in 1968, and an additional $545,717 in 1969. Congressman Henry Gonzalez, himself a Hispanic, denounced La Raza as fomenting "blind, stupid hatred."

Ford money has backed many revolutionary groups in the U.S. engaged in dynamiting and burning buildings, inciting riots, kidnaping and assassination. All of these are criminal offenses but no one is ever arrested. The Ford Motor Co. also built the huge Kama River truck factory in Soviet Russia, which provided the trucks for the Red Army to attack Afghanistan. They rolled into the almost defenseless country on a modern highway, which had been built by AID with American taxpayers' money.

The Ford Foundation has many capitalist and CIA connections. Stephen Bechtel and Chase lawyer John J. McCloy have been board members for years, also Frank Abram, chmn Standard Oil Co. of New Jersey. The president of the Ford Foundation is Franklin Thomas, a token black; he is also director of the $348 million John Hay Whitney Foundation. Whitney was Ambassador to England 1956-61, Order of the British Empire, chairman Freeport Sulphur, publisher of the N.Y. Tribune; he married Betsy Cushing Roosevelt. His daughter Kate married William Haddad of the New York Post, who set up the Peace Corps for Kennedy in 1961, is governor of American Jewish Congress, Yale Corp. and Museum of Modern Art. Other directors of J.H. Whitney Foundation include Harold Howe, also director Ford Foundation; Vernon Jordan, director of Rockefeller Foundation; and James F. Brownlee, partner of J.H. Whitney Co., and director Chase Manhatten Bank, R.H. Macy Co. & chmn Minute Maid Corp."

Later the Southwest Council of La Raza became the National Council of La Raza, but despite its radical pedigree, it was not radical enough for the Ford Foundation or their CIA backers.

On September 20, 2006, Representative Norwood issued a press release calling NCLR a "radical [...] pro-illegal immigration lobbying organization that supports racist groups calling for the secession of the western United States as a Hispanic-only homeland"[citation needed] and accusing the organization of undermining "the ability of state and local police to fight criminal illegal aliens."

The NCLR immediately issued a press release to refute Norwood's claims and to demand an apology. He offered to extend an apology on seven conditions:

1. Denounce and sever all ties with MEChA and any other organizations with which they are now or have ever been associated or funded which held to the racist doctrines published by MEChA.
   
2. Denounce the statement "Por La Raza todo [sic]. Fuera de La Raza nada" [“For the race everything, outside the race nothing”] as repugnant, racist, and totally incompatible with American society or citizenship.
   
3. Repudiate all claims that any current American territory rightfully belongs to Mexico.
   
4. Acknowledge the right of all Americans to live wherever they choose in the United States, and that no section or region of this country should be segregated by race or ethnic heritage.
   
5. Commit to sponsorship of nationwide educational programs to combat racism and anti-Semitism in the Hispanic community.
   
6. Seek neutral, third party supervision to ensure that all community and individual assistance programs offered by La Raza and groups supported by La Raza are accessible to all Americans, regardless of race or ethnicity, and that participation in those programs is fully compliant with Equal Opportunity laws.
   
7. Acknowledge the internationally recognized borders of the United States, the right of the citizens of the United States to determine immigration policy through the democratic process, and the right of the United States to undertake any and all necessary steps including military action to effectively enforce immigration law and defend its borders against unauthorized entry.

NCLR responded to Norwood's conditions apology in a point-by-point press release defending its policies, which it claims have never been racially or ethnically exclusionary, never supported and does not endorse the notion of a “Reconquista” or “Aztlán,” has never used, and unequivocally rejects, the motto “Por La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada", has supported numerous measures to ensure that all Americans have the freedom to choose where to live, and stated that its programs are already covered by civil rights laws administered by independent agencies at the federal, state, and local level. It also disputes the charge that it supports illegal immigration, constantly reiterating its support for effective and reasonable border security and immigration-law enforcement. In a speech in San Diego, NCLR CEO Janet Murguía stated: "First, as a sovereign nation, the United States has the right to determine who comes and who stays. . . [It also] has a right to consider enforcement at a variety of levels, including border enforcement, interior enforcement, and workplace enforcement... We support enforcement...[because] as Americans, we recognize it's the right thing to do."

So the National Council of La Raza were not radical enough for the Ford Foundation or for the CIA, so they used José Ángel Gutiérrez and Mario Compean to form a splinter La Raza party called the Raza Unida Party, a CIA funded communist party born of radical elements. The founding party members had links back to radical communist groups from the 1970s, as this quote illustrates:

The La Raza Unida Party started against simultaneous efforts throughout the U.S. Southwest the most widely known and accepted story is that the La Raza Unida Party was established on January 17, 2003 in Crystal City, Texas by José Ángel Gutiérrez and Mario Compean, who had also helped in the foundation of the Mexican American Youth Organization (MAYO) in 1967. In Lubbock, the youth organization was headed by journalist Bidal Aguero, who later worked in the Raza Unida Party. The party originated from a group called WOW, or Workmen of the World. Its original thirteen members included Alfredo Zamora, Jr., the first Chicano Mayor of Cotulla, Texas, who unseated a member of the Cotulla family. Also part of this group was the 2nd Hispanic Mayor of Cotulla, Arcenio A. Garcia. He was the youngest mayor of the State of Texas at that time. Zamora left LaSalle county within 2 years and the next election in 1972 was won by Garcia under the Raza Unida party. Previously in December 1969, at the only national MAYO meeting, Chicano activists decided on the formation of that third party Raza Unida. This new party would focus on improving the economic, social and political aspects of the Chicano community throughout Texas. This party resulted in the election of the first 2 Mexican American Mayors of LaSalle County Texas.

So now that we know the modern La Raza is a tool of the CIA through the Ford Foundation, we have to now look at their aims, methods and alliances.

Their primary aims are “Reconquista” of “Aztlán” - the re-conquering of much of the South-West United States for a united Mexico using the Plan of San Diego. They are allied with MECHA (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán), another left-wing Reconquista movement. Basically, they want to take back the states of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Colorado by force utilising the illegal immigrant Mexicans as a worker army and execute the 1915 Plan of San Diego in order to rid themselves of their "White Oppressors".

The original Plan of San Diego failed miserably, with only 21 Americans killed between 1910 and 1916. Not only was it a total failure that in turn got brutally crushed by the US Army with the deaths of around 300 Mexicans, it was also arranged under a False Flag. At the time these attacks were blamed on militants who supported the ousted Mexican dictator Gen. Victoriano Huerta, who had been overthrown by Carranza in 1914. The evidence indicates, however, that the raids were carried out by followers of Carranza, who manipulated the movement in an effort to influence relations with the United States of America.

So again, the Mexicans here were used by political forces inimical to their aims and beliefs, just like they are now being used by the Ford Foundation and the CIA through the Raza Unida Party and Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán (MECHA). The expressed aims of the Ford Foundation in its involvement with left-wing political groups is to foment racial hatred and violent dissent. The Ford Foundation is a tool of the CIA, which in turn is a tool of the New World Order, who want to enslave all mankind, whatever race or colour they are, into a life of eternal debt servitude and bondage.

It is a known fact that the CIA have also been caught funding the Klu Klux Klan and Aryan Nation, as well as other lesser well know right-wing groups, and that divide and conquer is the most effective way to control the population and get them to do exactly what you want them to do - which is to never question your actions, let alone your rule. While the Mexican illegal immigrants are enraptured by the false honey-coated promises of the leadership of La Raza and MECHA they can be targeted against the American people.

The thing is, any so called revolutionary struggle will never be allowed to succeed, but then, the Ford Foundation and the CIA do not want it to. If the blood of men run on the streets of America, whether Black, White or Latino, the US Army will come in and mercilessly crush everyone. Many will die or be imprisoned without trial in FEMA Camps, where they will effectively be made to "disappear". Just like the Big Banks funded both sides of every major war over the past four hundred years, the CIA through the Ford Foundation and other agencies, funds and supports the major radical groups on all sides from the left-wing communists to the right-wing white supremacist groups.

So what do we say about the total collapse of Mexico under their criminal Junta? We know that the only drug cartels that get wiped out in Mexico are those who are not controlled by the President of Mexico and who do not launder their money through the Federal Reserve Bank. We know that the CIA aids and abetts the drug cartels that are under the control of the President of Mexico to bring cocaine into the United States, just as they aid and abett the Afghani growers of Opium Poppies and supply shipping of the processed heroine to Russia, Europe, and the United States.

If the Mexicans want their freedom from economic slavery they are going to have to find new leaders who speak of unity with all people so that all people may unite and remove their criminal leaders from power peacefully and lawfully, in the United States, in Mexico, and here in Europe. Again I reiterate that the CIA are using the Mexican people to divide and conquer both the United States and Mexico, and pave the way through the blood of many to the formalisation of the North American Union.
