    Isn't she the one that halted the proposition denying illegals from using social programs. She wants the Federal Government to clean up the mess she wants to continue.

    Not living in Arizona, I don't have much direct knowledge about Gov. Napolitano. But, could it be a good sign that a Democrat is saying these things? It would show to that Party that this is not strictly a Republican or conservative issue.
