LEXINGTON, S.C. --Lexington County sheriff's deputies have arrested a suspect in the stabbing death of another man.

Twenty-four-year-old Humberto Caballero-Padillo died at Lexington Medical Center early Sunday morning after he was stabbed in the abdomen.

Sheriff James Metts says deputies arrested 23-year-old Olvin Noel Banega-Maldonado and charged him with murder and first-degree burglary.

The State newspaper of Columbia reported Monday that deputies don't know what sparked a fight involving the men.

The newspaper said Banega-Maldonado is from Honduras and had been deported from the United States as an illegal alien in August, 2007.

Another all too familiar and sad story. Sad for the victim, that is.

Go after all involved in the crimes....even to Washington!

An animal always resorts to type! If the victim is an American citizen his family needs to sue all the politicans, and/or orgnaizations involved with helping the illegal be in that locatlity with a "wrongful death".
