Sen. Craig Pressuring Senate to Attach Massive Amnesty to Counterterrorism Bill After Recess

The Senate is expected to vote on the Iraq Supplemental when recess ends on April 4th. The House voted 388-43 on March 16 in favor of the Iraq supplemental spending bill that includes the REAL ID Act (H.R. 41, which makes it more difficult for terrorists and other law-breakers to enter and remain in the United States. It is not yet clear whether the Senate will debate the House-passed version that includes REAL ID or its own version that does not include this national security measure. Sen.
