    EL PASO, Texas - U.S. Border Patrol Agents arrested a man convicted of sexual assault with a minor as he entered the country illegally through a drainage canal on Friday, near downtown El Paso.

    Agents from the Border Patrol entry team entered the Franklin drainage system and found eight individuals that illegally entered the United States approximately 1.5 miles west of the Paso Del Norte Port of Entry. All eight were transported to the Paso Del Norte Port of Entry for processing.

    During processing, record checks indicated that one of the men, a Mexican citizen, had been convicted of 2 counts of sexual assault with a minor in Florida, probation violation and faced deportation in the past. The man was identified as 50-year-old Victor Valenzuela-Guerrero, from Mexico.

    i heard that there has been EIGHT arrested for sexual assault trying to sneak back into the US from mexico in the past week

    Another example of the type of person who is slinking across the border to cause more heartache and damage to innocent Americans. Thank GOD they at least caught this one!!!

    According to the Violent Crimes Institute there are 93 illegal alien sex offenders crossing our border every single day, and another 12 serial sex offenders daily. This number is staggering and Congress needs to be held accountable for all the crimes these scumbags commit.
