Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said he is not waiting for new Cave Creek laws to take effect before cracking down on the town's mostly undocumented immigrant day laborers.

Sheriff's deputies arrested nine people near a church sanctuary Thursday, just days after Arpaio heralded new town laws expected to trigger a crackdown on the workers when they take effect next month.

Yes-could you imagine if he were president and he had all of our law enforcement doing what he does? Most of the illegals would be gone in no time and we could work on rebuilding our country,

Sherrif Joe for President- I would love that. Maybe if Tancredo or Hunter get in they can appoint him in charge of Homelamd Security.

That is the best idea I'v heard in a long time. He would have my vote!
Instead of the we can't do this or can't do that, this man goes to work each day and gets stuff done.

Hmmm, now that the law-breakers have been found and dealt with, how about the enabler? (Father Jenks - seems like aiding and abetting to me...)

I'm not sure I want Sheriff Joe heading up DHS or CBP. There is something about the water inside the Beltway that makes good men go bad.

Better that he stay within a day's journey of the border. I wouldn't want him to be subjected to a boss or a bureaucracy that would keep him from doing all the good he can do for America.

Thank God there's a few good men left in America. I don't hear much about the OBL's going after sheriff Joe, he's apparently a little too tough of a target.
