Prior to the Press Secretary speaking, Thom Homan of ICE spoke on the MS 13 Gang efforts and reiterates that illegal alien victims of crime are not a target. Priority are the criminals though he did say that crossing the border illegally is a crime.

I believe that the ICE Director said that 247g requests were up two fold and they hoped to increase the numbers even more.

Homan makes a good point - the smugglers promise to get the illegal to a sanctuary city. All the more reason to ban sanctuary cities. The excuse of wanting a relationship of trust with illegals to report crimes is getting very tired. Has an illegal EVER reported drug cartel activity - they actually make a good cover for drug activities - the food transporting trucks with the mexican names stop at numerous stores everyday.
