(Open Borders advocate Gov. Rick Perry of Texas recently has spoken out publically about the great danger which "trans-national criminal gangs" pose to Texas and his plans for increased law enforcement in this area. However, he failed to mention the huge refuge the sanctuary policies of Houston, the fourth largest city in the nation, and those of other "sanctuary" cities and towns throughout the state (and nation) provide for these extremely dangerous criminals.)
