Three men charged with getting teenager drunk, raping her

Goshen, NY – Village of Goshen Police have charged three men with buying a 16-year-old local girl beer then raping her.

The assault occurred after midnight on November 25 in a second floor apartment at 48 West Main Street.

Arrested were Oscar Gonzalez-Santiago, 23, Girardo Santiago, 19, and Carlos Hernandez, 22, all of that address.

Gonzalez-Santiago and Girardo Santiago were each charged with first-degree rape and, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse in the third degree. Carlos Hernandez was charged with rape in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful dealing with a child and sexual abuse in the third degree.

Gonzalez-Santiago and Santiago were remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. Hernandez was committed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

The US Immigration and Customs Service has been contacted to check the immigration status of all three defendants.

I wish they posted pictures of these scum bags. Because this is how this horrible crime was done to my daughter a few years ago, but with the date rape drug in the beer. I have a picture of the scum (his last name was Hernandez in NY too) from my daughter's "My Space" page from two years ago. My husband & I couldn't press charges on him since she was over 18 at the time. The NYPD said she had to press charges. But all we needed was his first name, and we were going to have it taken care of ourselves..But she was too scared to tell us his full name... I realize the last name is a very common one, but it did throw me for a sec seeing this article. BTW, if they were illegal, I thought they weren't entitled to post bail? The system is the worst...
