Mexican Fox Loose in the U.S. Henhouse (op-ed)

    http://www.chroniclesmagazine.org/www/N ... 11903.html

    November 19, 2003

This article is dated but posted her for purposes of illustration of Fox's aggressive agenda and his "plans" for the United States.

MEXICAN FOX LOOSE IN THE U.S. HENHOUSE
    by Samuel Francis

While President Bush was explaining why Americans must export democracy to the rest of the planet last week, Mexico's President Vicente Fox was practicing his own version of democracy inside the United States. Virtually unreported in the national media, Fox's brazen lobbying of American elected leaders to advance his own agenda for amnesty of illegal Mexican aliens comes very close to constituting an act of aggression.

In the first week of November, Fox arrived in this country to busy himself with visits to three Southwestern states and their political elitesâ€â€

"Fox should have been arrested, dragged to the borders of his own nation, thrown over them and told not to come back. That is also what should be done to the millions of illegal aliens from his nation who have invited themselves into ours. But the mere fact that neither was done or is even thinkable by our own leaders means that Fox's vision of a Greater Mexico consisting of whatever parts of our country he can grab may be on the road to reality."

watchman, Good article. Had not seen it.

Why is it so hard for those "brilliant" minds in DC to see this ??

    Charles,

watchman, Good article. Had not seen it.
Thanks .. wish I could say I was the author. Reading several more along this line of thinking now deciding which to post.

Why is it so hard for those "brilliant" minds in DC to see this ??
NAFTA? Political pressure by Fox? The move towards an eventual one-world government?

Charles, why do you think those brilliant minds in DC seem blinded to the truth of where they're taking this country by responding to Fox's not-so-sublte courting. Have they even considered the implications and anarchy that could transpire when the will of the people is trampled for the will and interest of big business, corrupt politicians, manically power-hungy greedy foreign leaders like Fox?

My late mother never spoke her mind much on politics but she was incensed when Bush first announced this amnesty program that was railroaded by 9/11. Living in the Southwest she had already experienced the deluge of immigrants into the town she was born and raised in and it outraged her and many of the townspeople who had been there all their lives to be invaded by immigrants who, for the most part, refused to assimilate into the community, buying up property on what used to be the "nicest" side of town and turning the neighborhood's former glory into shame thru multiple residents to one dwelling, those "festiva" paint colors we talked about on an earlier thread, loud Latino music and parties at all hours of the day and night, crime, squalor, gangs etc. Concentrations of wholesale nursery growers attracted the immigrants 15-20 years ago. Of course, the population has swelled as the original families have populated with their offspring and the cycle just keeps going and going.

    Why

"why do you think those brilliant minds in DC seem blinded to the truth of where they're taking this country by responding to Fox's not-so-sublte courting."

I would say , when you live in a gated community and are making lots of money off the illegal labor from across the border why would you want it stopped.
What would you say is their reason ??

Good point .. why care when you're insulated from reality.
