  SACRAMENTO — A federal grand jury has indicted a Stockton man on being a deported alien found in the United States, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner.
  
  Juan Jose Sanchez, 53, had been deported on Dec. 16, 2011, after being convicted in Sacramento County of committing a lewd and lascivious act on a child.
  
  If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
  
  His case is a product of an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations.
