    Mexico's cartel violence moves north

    Mexico's cartel violence moves north

    By George F. Will

    THE WASHINGTON POST
    2:00 a.m. March 19, 2009

PHOENIX — X-Caliber, a gun store in a nondescript neighborhood in this city's northern section, has become embroiled in Mexico's turmoil. The chaos there is the result of the Mexican government's decision to wage war against rampant drug cartels that are fighting mostly against each other but also against the portions of Mexican law enforcement they have not corrupted. Operating in that nation's north, they are serving this nation's appetite for illegal narcotics and illegal immigrants.

The gun shop's proprietor, the name of whose shop might indicate familiarity with Arthurian legend, is on trial here, accused of selling at least 650 weapons, including AK-47 rifles, in small lots to “straw buyersâ€

Anyone see the guy from The NRA on FOX last night. Concerning the gun bans and weapons in Mexico from America. He said that the majority of machine guns (repeaters?) come up from South America not down to Mexico.
PLUS, the large pistols (?) in the ban that supposedly were bought in America, were SOLD to the Mexican Police and Mexican Army!!!. They are NOT from America either. They are from corruption in their Police and Army. Some do go down but the southern end is easier to get in.
If Palestine puts down their guns, there will be peace.
If Israel puts down their guns there will be no more Israel.

Mexico sends 3,00 to 7,000 serial numbers a year to the U.S. A.T.F. to be traced.
