Chertoff and the fence.
Here is an e-mail I just got a few minutes ago. I think that Chertoff is afraid he may get sued if illegals or terrorists started those fires in California. The person shot by the police in San Bernadino was from Arizonia.

I think the illegals are bulldozing by foot and trash already...I think licensed construction would be far less damaging and eventually more protecting... then the millions of illegal stomping down the preserve now...I prefer professionals...US of coarse
