Suspected illegal immigrant charged with raping Pa. woman

KLINGERSTOWN, Pa. - State police say a suspected illegal immigrant from Mexico assaulted and raped a woman inside her Schuylkill County apartment.

Police say 28-year-old Justino Diaz Espiridion entered the 20-year-old victim's apartment in Klingerstown without her permission late Sunday, hit her in the head and stomach and raped her.

He's facing charges of rape, burglary and related offenses. He's jailed under $35,000 bail.

State police Sgt. Craig Stine says Espiridion is a migrant farm worker who had been in the country only a few months. He says Espiridion was "infatuated" with his victim but that she had spurned his advances.

Stine says Espiridion didn't have any work papers and police suspect he is in the country illegally.

I want to know 4 things

Why wasnt Bush and Chertoff arrested as conspiritors and accomplesses

Why such a very small bail; obviously the man will bolt if released

Who is the judge that recommended 35,000 dollar bail... which we all know is 3,500.00 is all that has to be paid to get out of jail free

Why is the Border not secured

Why are rapist even given bail? Why is this man not on an immigration hold? The woman needs to sue every politican that voted for illegal immigration, every president that has not enforced the law and the DHS and INS personnel who did not enforce the law. Enough is enough it is time for the victims to get the money.
