Believe it or not (and is anybody surprised by what big government does any more), there is a tax loophole that allows illegal aliens and other people not even in the United States to get a massive tax break. The tax break costs the American people billions of dollars. Just watch the report...
Inside his central Indiana office, a longtime tax consultant sits at his desk, shaking his head in disbelief.
"There is not a doubt in my mind there's huge fraud taking place here," he said, slowly flipping through the pages of a tax return.
The tax preparer does not want you to know his name for fear of reprisal, but he does want you to know about a nationwide problem with a huge price tag.
He came to 13 Investigates to blow the whistle.
"We're talking about a multi-billion dollar fraud scheme here that's taking place and no one is talking about it," he said.
The scheme involves illegal immigrants -- illegal immigrants who are filing tax returns.

The IRS willingly and knowingly defrauded not just themselves, but also the American tax payer by allowing this obvious loophole to be repeated tens of thousands of times. They knew, know, and allow it to this day.Join our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & to secure US borders by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn

Rep. Diane Black (R-TN) filed last night an amendment to the House Commerce-Justice-Science Appropriations bill that would prevent the federal government from using taxpayer funds to sue states over their immigration enforcement laws.
Specifically, the proposed amendment is based on her previously introduced bill, H.R. 3842, which protects state immigration enforcement laws that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has either challenged in court or suggested it may challenge. Rep. Black's legislation is the House's companion to S. 1856 introduced by Sens. Jim DeMint (R-SC), Jeff Sessions (R-AL), and David Vitter (R-LA) last fall.
The specific state laws protected under Rep. Black's amendment include: Oklahoma HB 1804; Missouri HB 390; Arizona SB 1070; Utah HB 497; Indiana SB 590 and HB 1402; Alabama HB 56; South Carolina S 20; and Georgia HB 87.
Call your Representatives today and tell them:
Federal resources should be used to enforce immigration laws — not sue states for passing legislation mirroring federal law; and
You want U.S. immigration laws enforced — not more of the Administration's backdoor amnesty policies that put illegal aliens before hardworking Americans and legal residentLast edited by working4change; 05-08-2012 at 11:03 AM.
