Attempted rape led to teen's death, prosecutors say

OREGON CITY, Ore. - A 15-year-old Texas girl found strangled in a Milwaukie apartment last month was killed during the course of an attempted rape, prosecutors said Tuesday.

The revelation came as the men charged in connection with her murder made their first appearance in a Clackamas County court on Tuesday.

Cousins Alejandro Emeterio "Alex" Rivera-Gamboa, 24, and 23-year-old Gilberto Javier Arellano-Gamboa have both been charged with aggravated murder in the death of Dani "D.J." Countryman of Kaufman, Texas.

Having read this story in The Oregonian during the night, I have to say I really wasn't surprised that the Dallas News left out all the info about the rapists-murderers being Hispanic (probably) illegals.

Are we really so PC that we don't dare risk offending even criminals?!!
You better believe that if two white men had raped and murdered an Hispanic teen, every news outlet in this country would be expressing their outrage; not to mention that the FBI would be involved because it would automatically be a "hate" crime.

What this man did was so unbelievably sick.

Is this not the mentallity from so many illegal men that this young womans life was of so little value, other than to provide him temporary pleasure (even though she obviously did not want his attentions), till she died. Then they did whatever it took to cover it up.

Dirt. Scum. Garbage. Don't deport them, don't talk of a death penalty, no, send them to the most rough prison, and release them into the general population and let all the others know what they did to this girl.

You can bet, with garbage around like this, I watch my almost ten year old daughter like a hawk. She does not go anywhere beyond our yard alone.

You know I was discussing this young girl's rape/murder on another forum and was told over and over that I'm just being racist by pointing out that these 2 men were most likely illegal aliens. This is the attitude I usually get when I point out crime stats involving illegals.

But, shouldn't it be obvious to even the most simple-minded nincompoop that their victims would be alive if we'd stop tolerating the presence of invaders in our midst? And if businesses would stop hiring them. Which they would, if we all would stop doing business with the people that hire them.

I'm not suprised in the fact that these 'twenty-something' illegals were going after a 15-year old girl. It seems the 'machismo' culture of these thug is that age is no boundry. I've read countless stores and have seen first-hand where 13,14, and 15 year old hispanic girls have older boyfriends, some in the mid-20 year old ranges. In fact a co-worker of mine told me one of his teacher wife's 8th grade (14-year old) student became pregnant by some high school senior!!! For many of them, it's seen as becomming a woman to have a child at a young age,and for the guys getting them pregnant and treating them disrespectfully is the 'manly' way to go. Disgusting!!!!!

I don't think most people even realize that rapists, child molestors, murderers and the like come right across that border, too. In fact, if the police in Mexico are after you, what better way to disappear?
