    SUMMARY AS OF:
    1/18/2007--Introduced.

    Congressional Pardon for Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean Act - Orders: (1) the criminal convictions and sentences of Border Patrol Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean vacated; and (2) the release of said agents from government custody. Prohibits any further criminal prosecution or other proceedings against said agents.

    Express the sense of Congress that the Department of Homeland Security should review the rules of engagement presently used by the U.S. Border Patrol.

    i was told on thursday only two of the list are dem
    everyone else is GOP. the person i talked to could not tell
    me who the two Dems were. they did say that some GOP
    members are refusing to sign it but would not say why

    we need a list of those refusing to sign, both dem & repub. they will all eventually come up for reelection!

    I would like to know which two democrats are on boat. The way I understood, it was only republicans supporting this bill.

    Well we can see the Dems are not out to win over the hearts and minds of the legal American citizens, They wouldn't want to upset Mexico now would they, after all they have to meet with them tomorrow .
