Texan Accused of Smuggling, Kidnapping, Raping Migrants

McALLEN, Texas — A cartel-connected Texas man is accused of kidnapping a 17-year-old female his criminal organization had been hired to smuggle into the country. The man is believed to have raped multiple smuggled women.

On Thursday, deputy U.S. Marshals and FBI agents arrested Ernesto “ El Payaso” Solis in the town of Peñitas, near McAllen on a warrant out of the Eastern District of Virginia, charging him with various counts of kidnapping and extortion. On Friday morning, Solis went before U.S. Magistrate Judge Peter Ormsby who ordered that he be held without bond pending another detention hearing. El Payaso is set to eventually be moved to Virginia to stand trial for the various charges.

As part of the federal investigation, authorities learned that Solis would allegedly rape the women that his criminal organization would smuggle, court records obtained by Breitbart Texas revealed.

The case began on November 8, when Nelson Mendoza and his wife Rosibel De Los Angeles Rivas Mendoza contacted the Leesburg Police Department in Virginia about the kidnapping of their daughter. Both parents told detectives that they are illegal immigrants from El Salvador and had made arrangements in El Salvador for the smuggling of their 17-year-old daughter–but the human smugglers had kidnapped their daughter and had been extorting the family for thousands of dollars.

The family paid a total of $7,300 to bring the teenager from El Salvador to Houston, Texas, but was kidnapped in McAllen. The family then reportedly began to receive calls demanding money for the release of the girl.

With the help of Houston Police and phone taps, federal agents were able to track down and rescue the teenager on December 7 and arrest one of the human smugglers identified as Juan Lopez Gonzalez. Based on the information gathered from Lopez’s arrest, authorities were able to track Solis to the rural community of Peñitas.

How is this not considered child abuse? Deport these parents because THEY had no qualms about separating their family... something they scream about us doing to them!

This story needs to be picked apart.

Put yourself in their place. Supposedly, things are just so horrible you can no longer remain in your homeland. So you leave. Apparently, though, it's not so bad that you won't leave your 17 year old daughter behind.

As yourself, what in the world could induce you to leave your daughter in a situation you consider so very dangerous to you? I can't imagine.

Also, now, they are asking for ransom. Do these people have enough money to pay ransom? Kidnappers aren't going to kidnap someone who has no money. I would like to know exactly who these people are, where did they get their money, and why they chose this country?

Also, are things really so bad in Central and South America they need to come here? What's happening down there?

Foreign Nationals Plead Guilty to Smuggling Illegal Immigrant

    by JOHN BINDER

    Houston, TX

Two foreign nationals have pleaded guilty after smuggling a teenage girl across the U.S.-Mexico Border to Houston, Texas.

The two foreign nationals, Daniel Lopez-Martinez, 32, of Mexico; Juan Tomas Nicolas, 23, of Guatemala; along with 29-year-old Mission, Texas, resident Ernesto Solis admitted to smuggling an illegal immigrant 17-year-old girl from El Salvador.

The three men smuggled the minor across the southern border for a fee, arriving in Houston and immediately making phone calls to the girls’ father, demanding more money than originally agreed.

Lopez-Martinez, Nicolas, and Solis demanded the illegal immigrants’ father for an additional $4,700 in order for his daughter to be handed over to him after the smuggling effort.

During the meeting place where the three men were planning to hand over the girl to her father in exchange for the money, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents stepped in to arrest the smugglers and rescue the minor.

The three men are facing a maximum prison sentence of 10 years. It is unclear whether the two foreign nationals will be deported from the U.S. following their release.

And what about the family who paid out mega bucks? they are ALL illegal, why should they not be up on child abuse charges? Why are they not being deported? If the family had all the money to pay to smugglers there are MORE crimes being committed!

Rape, kidnapping, extortion, torture, and human smuggling has a maximum prison sentence of only 10 years????
