Excellent point, Scubayons! I guess we associate the word "vigilante" with the modern vernacular such as a "posse"!!! But, your definition is right on the money.

Don't you wish it was feasible for us to go down there and volunteer?? I think it would be FUN but I just don't see how I can do it. Maybe we ought to have our own NORTH CAROLINA border patrol. We could go to the mountain border some weeks and the beach border the others!!!
