THREE BUSTED IN SUBWAY MURDER
By PERRY CHIARAMONTE and PHILIP MESSING
September 7, 2007 -- Three suspects were arrested last night in the savage stabbing and shooting death of a 19-year-old restaurant worker who was attacked in an elevated subway station in Queens.
Two Bronx men, José Alvarez and Nicholas Reyes, both 20, and Emanuel Ramirez, 23, who is homeless, were busted in the killing of José Sierra, cops said.
Sierra, who also lived in The Bronx, died of multiple gunshot and stab wounds early Monday after he was surrounded by the men in the Broadway station of the N line, not far from the Greek restaurant where he worked, police said.
The victim had moved from Puebla, Mexico, three years ago and had worked six day weeks at the eatery, friends said.
Police did not provide a motive, but sources said the suspects belong to a violent Mexican gang, Los Traviesos, Spanish for "The Troublemakers."
The suspects were charged with murder, gang assault and weapons possession.

More than likely they are anchor babies and cannot be deported until our laws are changed.
