Tonight, is disgraced New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer going to
resign or cling to power in the face of possible federal
charges over being a client of a prostitution ring and hiding
his money trail?

We’ll have the latest on Spitzer as well as updates from
Mississippi, where Democratic voters went to the polls today.
Plus:

* Undeterred by previous failures, members of both political
parties are trying to attack the problem of illegal immigration
one bill at a time. They face strong headwinds: One bill, the
Secure America through Verification and Enforcement (SAVE) Act,
remains bottled up in committee—but the bill’s sponsors are
pushing for a vote.

* The ACLU is again challenging ICE for doing its job and
enforcing illegal immigration laws. The open-borders group
charges ICE for inhumane acts related to its raids and is
calling for “true oversightâ€
