We are activating our ALIPAC Action Network (AAN) immediately on three important efforts. For those of you that are new, the ALIPAC Action Network (AAN) is a rapidly growing group of concerned citizens and activists that forward e-mails and post material to web forums with links to the original material at ALIPAC during alerts. During a network alert, the information is also sent to allied organizations, talk show hosts, media, bloggers, cable access shows, and our leadership directory.

We hope that each of you will work to distribute this information and reinforce our efforts. ALIPAC activists are standing by in our Discussion Groups to assist you and provide you with suggestions.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC’s (ALIPAC) network activation proved successful in getting the word out nationally about the offensive billboard in LA that an ALIPAC supporter sent in last Monday. Our contacts have increased a great deal this week.

Item 1:

Supporters of ALIPAC and SaveOurState.org have been enjoined by the John & Ken show to hold a peaceful protest on Sunday from 12-2pm PST outside of the KRCA TV 62 studios. Please help us get the word out to the local and national media as well as any concerned citizens that are willing to travel to the protest.

Item 2:

William Gheen of ALIPAC & Bay Buchanan of Team America PAC (Congressman Tancredo’s PAC) have discussed the petition Bill O’Reilly is working on. Bay says that it is very important we support O’Reilly’s petition. He wants a million signatures on the petition asking the President to secure our borders by May 1. Item 3:

Due to the rapidly increasing national and state demands on ALIPAC, we must increase our organization's abilities and capacity immediately. We must restructure things to handle the amount of calls and e-mails coming in and we must develop a new structure that will help us expand our support services to those that do not use the Internet. Currently, ALIPAC has six volunteer executive officers and a host of dedicated volunteers that support their work. Our limits have been tested this past week. We need your help if we are going to give proper attention to all of the different projects and needs we are confronted with. We are extending the online component of our April fund raising drive to May 10th. America wants help and America wants information. America is waking up to our illegal immigration crisis.
