Police say Stroudsburg man charged with DUI is undocumented alien
August 25, 2012
State police charged a Stroudsburg man with driving under the influence Wednesday in Hamilton Township. They discovered he is an undocumented immigrant, police said.
A vehicle driven by Juan Gabriel Hernandez-Sanchez, 33, was stopped for swerving out of its lane on Business Route 209, police said. He allegedly displayed signs of intoxication and was placed in Monroe County Correctional Facility.
