The White House thought it did, that's why their "thinking" was to let it expire in June. That's why Sean Spicer made that statement in early February. I also think it did, but you're free to your own thoughts whatever they may be.

DACA never had an end date and was not going to expire. The evidence to substantiate that has already been provided.

JD2 provided a memo of no purpose from Elaine Duke that conflicts with the Sessions and Trump Statements on DACA.

Trump, nor Sessions has said DACA had an expiration date. Actually Sessions said it didn't have an end-date. Like I said, get with the program, please.

Well, if that's true then that's a shame, because the White House thought it did which is why Sean Spicer announced in February that their plan was to let it expire in June. That would have certainly been the smarter move.

Why, if one President created it, can't another stop it?
