44 states are refusing ... looking more and more like a blunder to me. I understand he wasn't demanding it, but asking for the SS information was the blunder, because that forced them to refuse and make a big stink about it. Then they all start questioning whether they should cooperate at all, now 44 out of 50 are saying no that they won't. Now where does that leave the Commission? With no data to review.
