Trump to Meet with Families Of Victims Murderered by Illegal Immigrants

The Donald Trump campaign announced Friday that he would meet with family members of people who had been murdered by illegal immigrants.

“Donald Trump will meet with the family of Jamiel Shaw, Jr., as well as Sabine Durden, Dan Rosenberg, Lupe Moreno, Brenda Sparks, Robin Hvidston, and their spouses,” the media advisory reads, “all families with victims of illegal immigrants.”

Trump has made a series of controversial remarks on illegal immigrant criminality, most recently saying “Somebody’s doing the raping.” In recent days the presidential candidate has seized on the murder of Kate Steinle at the hands of an illegal immigrant with multiple felony convictions who had been deported five times.

The closed-door meeting with taken place in Los Angeles, with a press conference to follow.
