Because Trump didn't owe the taxes. If you were from our country and belonged here, you wouldn't even be asking such a stupid question. Americans don't care who pays taxes and who doesn't. It's whatever the laws are. Many of US want to get rid of these federal income taxes. And under what means did you pay taxes? Did you steal a Social Security Number? Or are you lying? Didn't you really just file a tax return to get tax credits?

We don't want your taxes, we don't want your work, we don't want your presence, we don't want to educate your kids, we don't want to subsidize you with welfare benefits or with a job that belongs to an American.

We want you out of here and all those kids with you.

Send a team in to get them all out of the church and deport them all. Apparently the kids were born here if she's been here 20 years, so one day when they're old enough, they can come back I guess, but until then, she's their mother, their legal natural guardian and ship them all out back to wherever she is an actual citizen. She can get citizenship papers for her kids there.

Any church that refuses entry to ICE agents or fights ICE to keep them out should lose their tax-exempt status. However, ICE has every authority to bust in and get them, and the church shouldn't lose their tax exempt status simply because ICE doesn't have the balls to go in and drag her and those kids out by their ears.

And yes, the 501 C 3 status should possibly be pulled, but before you do that, ICE just needs to go to the church and arrest them. There's no law that prevents ICE from doing that. A church building is no different than any other building. The impact on a church and its donors of 501 C 3 status runs through the congregation and you don't know who is actually responsible for harboring her, probably not all the members approve of this. It's probably just the Pastor. So I would go slow on pulling the 501 C 3 status, I would just go in and drag her and these kids out of there and deport them, then investigate who was actually responsible for the decision to "aid, abet and harbor". Then prosecute those individuals.

If it's pervasive, for example if the congregation voted and approved the illegal acts, then yes, pull the plug, but if their elected deacons and what not did it behind their backs or without their knowledge or affirmation, then I would just prosecute the individuals involved and not harm the members for something they weren't actually responsible for.

Church Members are often "sheep" in the "flock" and are manipulated and are almost always afraid to go against church leaders. It's a strange mentality that's developed in our country among church members. It's become a group-think and the tools of intimidation, threats, removal from the church, all types of things are going on now that didn't use to be, as far as I knew. I was blessed growing up in a wonderfully open-minded, loving, caring, non-political, pragmatic, kind, and very democratically operated Southern Baptist Church in the Midwest.

But times change, and even there, I hear things are not the same as they used to be, primarily because of the Southern Baptist Convention officials now deciding to become political which has put a lot of its members in a bind, so I'm not the supportive fan I used to be of the organization itself.

I don't expect this to happen, but would be pleasantly surprised if it did. The churches and illegals shouldn't be allowed to flaunt the law. However, I do understand how breaking down a church door and dragging illegals out could be considered a delicate situation.

Some will and some won't. Not everyone shares our feelings on this. The main problem with such an act is what it will do to the various religious organizations and their membership, many of who voted for Trump. No real reason to give the liberal media this sort of ammunition right now. I think there are a lot bigger fish to fry at the present time. This little fish, in my opinion, can just sit in the pond a little longer. Heck, if they want to confine themselves in a church for a few months, let 'em. When it's time we'll know where to get them.

Did she mention that she was convicted of using a phony social security number to work which is a felony? I think not, deport her we do not want these kinds of people here. Trump should drop the Church tax free status that should stop them from shielding these criminals.
