MUSLIM REFUGEE CHARGED WITH RAPING 10-YEAR-OLD GIRL

MUSLIM REFUGEE CHARGED WITH RAPING 10-YEAR-OLD GIRL

Witnesses heard 'screaming in the hallway' of Minneapolis apartments

Published: 1 hour ago LEO HOHMANN

Ahmed Abdi, a Somali refugee resettled by the U.S. government in Minneapolis, is charged with two counts of first degree sexual assault on a 10 year old girl.

A 34-year-old Muslim immigrant has been arrested and charged with brutally raping a 10-year-old girl in Minnesota and the local media in Minneapolis has refused to identify the man as a refugee from Somalia.

KSTP 5, an ABC affiliate in Minneapolis, referred to the suspect, Ahmed Hersi Abdi as “A Minneapolis man.” CBS affiliate WCCO 4 used the same description, giving no mention of the man’s background or how he arrived in the U.S.

The attack occurred Sunday evening in an apartment complex in the city’s Cedar Riverside neighborhood, also known as “Little Mogadishu” for its high concentration of Somali refugees imported from United Nations refugee camps in Africa
    .
Abdi allegedly followed the girl out of an elevator. He asked for her name and offered his hand to her. She shook his hand and Abdi refused to let go. Police said he proceeded to rape the girl in the hallway of the apartment building.

Authorities used video surveillance footage to help track down the suspect, who was arrested about 24 hours later on Monday in St. Paul.

The U.S. government has resettled more than 110,000 Somali refugees since the early 1990s and shipped in another 8,858 during the most recent fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30, according to U.S. State Department data.

Witnesses said they heard screaming in the hall and saw a young girl crying, so they flagged down an off-duty police officer.

The girl was sent to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment.

The Minneapolis Police Department’s John Elder said the officers knew who the suspect was after seeing the video because they’d had frequent encounters with him.

Watch video clip of local TV station’s coverage of rape:

Abdi has a long rap sheet. According to court records, he was convicted of trespassing in 2003, disorderly conduct in 2003 and public urination in 2012.

Several other previous charges against Abdi have been dismissed. In 2011, he was charged with two counts of fifth-degree assault and one count of disorderly conduct, which were all dismissed after he was found incompetent to stand trial, according to court records.

The court dismissed another fifth-degree assault charge in 2010 citing "mental deficiency."

In 2002, a fifth-degree assault charge against Abdi was dismissed. And, last year, a lurking charge against him was also tossed out of court.

Refugee resettlement watchdog Ann Corcoran, who has followed the refugee program closely since 2007, said in a case like this it is "pretty easy to figure out" that Abdi is an immigrant and yet no one in Minnesota is asking how he has managed to evade deportation with such a lengthy criminal record.

"Ahmed Hersi Abdi has a long criminal record. So, why wasn’t he deported?" she asks in her latest blog.

If Abdi ever gets outed as being a Somali Muslim refugee, Corcoran said she expects Omar Jamal, the Somali community's media mouthpiece, will be out front and center being interviewed by the local media.

"We first heard about Jamal in 2008 when another rape happened in a St. Paul apartment complex hallway and he immediately went to the defense of the Somali rapist," Corcoran writes. "Unfortunately the Minneapolis Star Tribune has taken down its story about Jamal and the 2008 hallway rapist."

"Lucky taxpayers," Corcoran continued. "We paid for his resettlement, surely his welfare and now we will get to pay for his long imprisonment."

She said it is also curious as to why the United Nations high commissioner for refugees is continuing to send Somali refugees to America more than two decades after civil war started there. The U.N. refugee agency has recently begun sending Somalis back to Somalia from its Kenyan camps amid reports that life is starting to return to normal in Somalia.
Yet, Somalis were the third largest ethnic group admitted to the U.S. as refugees this past year.

"No matter what the feds promise, they can’t screen the Somalis any better than the Syrians," Corcoran said.

Woman allegedly raped in St. Paul as bystanders look on

A 26-year-old man was charged Thursday for allegedly raping and beating a woman in an apartment hallway -- an incident apparently witnessed by several people who did nothing, police say, to help the alleged victim.

Charged with two counts of rape, Rage Ibrahim turned himself in to Ramsey County authorities Thursday afternoon.

"Ibrahim is innocent of rape he said," says Omar Jamal with the Somali Justice Center, speaking on behalf of Ibrahim

It all started Tuesday morning at a Saint Paul apartment complex. According to the criminal complaint, police responded to a call of intoxicated people in the hallway. When they arrived, they found Ibrahim and a 26-year-old woman, both naked from the waist down. The woman told police she was drugged and raped. Police say the alleged attack was captured by the building's security camera.

"It shows the suspect striking the victim," says St. Paul Police spokesperson Tom Walsh.

And police say the tape also shows something else - as many as ten people who saw the alleged attack, but did nothing.

"They simply walked down the hall and turned back.ducked back into their doorway," says Walsh.

Police say the alleged assault lasted 30 minutes and no attempt was made to help the woman and there was no immediate call to 911.

"Clearly people observed what was going on, but for whatever reason chose not to call police," says Walsh.

Psychologists say the reason may be found in the human thought process. It's called the bystander effect. John Tauer teaches social psychology at the University of St. Thomas.

"The more bystanders that are around, the less likely any one is going to help. If 50 people are in a crowd, each one feels little responsibility," says Tauer.

And often times Tauer says, people may be afraid to step in or are confused about what they've seen.

"People look to others for cues and they say is this an emergency? Now, by all accounts it seems that was pretty clear, yet as people look around in these situations and you see other people poking their heads out, you sort of think well, if he or she is not coming out of their apartment, maybe it's not an emergency," says Tauer.

Professor Tauer says psychologists have studied this behavior for years. They say it's not an unusual human response.

Psychologists often point to the case of Kitty Genovese who was murdered outside her New York apartment in 1964. More than 30 people watched it happen, but no one stepped in or called for help right away.

In the Saint Paul case, police say when someone finally called them no one said anything about a rape in progress.

The call came in as a disturbance, intoxicated people in the hallway. That kind of call is a lower police priority than calls about violent crime.

Police: 10 Witness Rape, Do Nothing

ST. PAUL, Minn., Aug. 24, 2007

(AP) A security video from an apartment hallway shows at least 10 witnesses ignored a woman's cries for help for more than an hour as a man beat and sexually assaulted her, prosecutors in Minnesota said.

The surveillance video clearly showed men and women looking out their apartment doors or starting to walk down the hallway before retreating as the woman was assaulted for nearly 90 minutes, police spokesman Tom Walsh said.

Police said they responded to a call of drunken behavior and found Somali immigrant Rage Ibrahim, 25, and a woman lying unconscious in the hallway early Tuesday. The woman's clothing had been pulled up and she had fresh scratches on her face and blood on her thigh, according to the criminal complaint.

Ibrahim says he is innocent and that the incident was a misunderstanding, according to OmarJamal, the executive director of the Somali Justice Advocacy Center, who spoke on Ibrahim's behalf.

Ibrahim was charged with several counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, prosecutors said.

Walsh said police were shocked by the behavior of the bystanders.

"(The video) shows one person looking out of her door probably three times," Walsh said. "It shows another person walking up, observing what's going on, then turning and putting up the hood of his sweatshirt."

At one point, the 26-year-old woman knocked on a door, yelling for the occupants to call police. A man inside that apartment told police he did not open the door or look out, but said he did call police — although they have no record of his call, according to court documents.

Minnesota law makes it a petty misdemeanor to not give reasonable help to a person in danger of "grave physical harm."

Walsh said it is unlikely police would pursue charges against witnesses in this case because authorities would have to show that witnesses knew the woman was in extreme danger.

Jamal said Ibrahim went into the hallway after the woman because he thought she was too drunk to drive. They struggled over car keys, and "he is saying there was a huge misunderstanding," Jamal said, adding that the police report does not show "the truth of what happened that night."

"He did not rape her," Jamal said.

The women of this country have more to loose then the men. If the men convert to Islam under Sheria (spelling? whatever) law, as practiced, they get to rape women without censure and probably little or no punishment. Men without a conscience would love that.

I apologize to say such harsh things but the ladies must understand what great pearl they are exposed to with the limitless mass migration of aliens. More than anybody, the women in this country need to recognize and reject the cynical efforts to appeal to the feminine propensity for compassion. It is being used against them by Marxist fanatics.

In the entire world Western culture protects, respect and even honors women. They are safer and freer than in any other societies in the world. That culture is under attack using the weapon of mass migration from alien cultures to dilute it until it disappears.

Look at Sweden, a once beautiful, peaceful and safe country—rape and crime are rampant and it isn’t the native Swedes doing it. The nightmare will come here if we don’t change government immigration policies.

There is the old cliché that you can not defend somebody who will not defend themselves; again look at Sweden. Ladies you have by far the most to lose if Western culture is destroyed. You should be the most determined, the loudest voices to stop the mass migration of aliens into the United States and reject the cynical pity poor Jose anecdotes used to sell national suicide.

This post is from a concerned male who likes and respects women.

Imported Rape Culture: Somalian Refugee Charged With Rape of 10-Year-Old Girl

    by Katie McHugh
    13 Oct 2015

In the latest incident of America’s immigrant sex crime epidemic, Minnesota authorities charged Somali man Ahmed Hersi Abdi with two degrees of first-degree sexual misconduct for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl in her apartment.

Somali witness reportedly heard blood-curdling screams from the hallway and found the victim undressed and crying. Shocked, they sought out two off-duty cops working security nearby.

The victim told police Abdi followed her into the elevator and up to the third floor hallway. The stranger asked for the victim’s name and shook her hand. When she tried to let go, she says he held on to her, demanded she turn around and pull down her pants, and raped her. In a stroke of criminal genius America has come to expect from its imported Third World rape culture, Abdi was unaware of the surveillance tape in the elevator and didn’t change his clothes after allegedly assaulting his victim. Police later found him in St. Paul.

Police and local media rushed to reassure indigenous Minnesotans that child rape is in not indicative of immigration policy failure and that capturing an imported child rapist is proof of its success.

“The Somalian community who came across this girl in crisis stepped up and helped her,” Minneapolis Police Dept. spokesperson John Elder said. “They trusted the officers enough to get them, to bring them into this situation to provide aid.”

Somali community leader Mohamud Noor blamed Americans for not giving enough money to Abdi. One Somali community member raping another community member is not the fault of the Somali community, he explained.

“You know it’s somebody who is mentally ill, and he has been seeking help and services and we feel that there’s a huge gap in mental health services, a huge unmet need,” he complained to KARE11.

Somalia is by far the most dangerous country in the world, and one with a raging child rape epidemic. What women and children suffer in that country is gut-wrenching and makes for hellish reading. Transplanting Somalis en-masse has only perpetuated the rape crisis, and worse, made it average Americans’ problem.

Nonetheless, Catholic and Lutheran ministries have padded their pockets with fat wads of taxpayer money by dumping over 10,000 mostly Muslim Somalis in Minnesota over the last ten years, not to mention several other states. In a cruel twist of irony, one such refugee, Mohamed Dirshe, raped two boys at a Kansas Catholic high school, after Catholic charities gave him a home and a job there while entrusting him with their youth.

Christendom developed the language describe this type of crime: For example, Dante’s Inferno condemns ingratitude towards one’s benefactors as the worst sin and assigns its perpetrators to the lowest rung of hell. Islam, on the other hand, endorses the rape of infidels and since its founding has engaged in “centuries-long, continents-wide account[s] of nonstop sexual predation,” as the Christian Post‘s Raymond Ibrahim writes. Children are their favored victims: The Islamic State fetches the highest price for sex slaves from one to nine years old. Their prophet, Mohammed, set the example by marrying the six-year-old Aisha and consummating the marriage when Aisha was nine.

Like Abdi, Somali refugees feel ill-acclimated to the U.S. despite its extremely generous cultural acclimations and blank check for their every need. They freely discuss their wishes to live under sharia law and to go back to Somalia, and that killing anti-jihad activists like Pamela Geller is acceptable if they “insult” Mohammed.

It's just disgusting. There is no other word for it. Importing these people just increases the number of disgusting acts that occur in our country. Why import trouble? Why?
