Bill Not Perfect, But Better Than Nothing!

LB 403 is watered down from its original version, but next year we will get it strengthened. While it did not stop the in-state tuition, it does have a provision that that no post secondary education benefits involving direct payment of financial assistance to illegal aliens. AND, while the proof of citizenship to receive benefits/services sounds good, it only requires SAVE verification of people who mark that they are aliens - so, when you consider that Illegal Aliens have acquired the habit of lying and cheating in order to stay in this country, it's safe to say they will not honestly check mark this box. AND, the Everify ONLY has to be done on NEW HIRES, so in essence, the introducer of this bill is allowing a state sanctioned amnesty on all existing Illegal Aliens and any who become employed before October 1st 1009. The only reason this bill is watered down is because of the threat from the introducer that he would either table this bill entirely until next year or he would make amendments to require much more assistance under his Interim Study Options section which is available at www.nebraskalegislature.gov . So there was strong arming going on.

There is a Nebraskans Advisory Group meeting today, Saturday from 1 - 3 at 120th & Dodge at the Fox Hound English Pub - we welcome new activists.

US citizens who pay out of state need to sue.
    ---------------------------------------------------------
Just because a grade point average is greater for one students doesn't mean the higher grade point is college bound or even taking harder courses. US Citizens have been cheated out of Carolina due to dumbies in an unfair system of grade point averages permitting non college bound students (undocumented immigrants) to have a better grade point average somehow.

All the schools grade point averages are put together, so someone taking a college level courses compared to lower level 12th grade courses will probably be under so much more pressure and the grade points can end up being the same, but if the lower level 12th grade courses loaded person can get that little sweet advantage it does knock that more prepared college bound American child/citizen out by not being in the top 5%, 10% or even 20% of the graduation class. So the America Child/Citizen does not get into Carolina!

LUMPING ALL GRADE POINT AVERAGES TOGETHER IS NOT WISE! and I am about 99.9% sure the school system are lumping illegal immgrants grades, non-college bound, and the very bright student all together into one combined grade point average group.

Who is most likely to lose above? and Who definitely has the most to gain?

It is a game with our heads to dumb us down. John Lennon wrote a song about "20 years of schooling" to dumb children down.

    In-State Tuition

Another Nebraska Organization has been working on a lawsuit against the state and I believe they have names of petitioners who are harmed by this law. Given the passage of LB403, I don't know if they will proceed with the suit or get a senator to repeal the instate tuition law next year. But you're right, it's not fair in more ways than one.

By amnestying illegal aliens it reduces and devalues the rights of citizens.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

This laws is like being a little bit pregnant

Perhaps the citizens of Nebraska should pay only a percentage of their taxes to accomodate the fact that some of their children's seats will be taken in the colleges by illegals.

That would get a citizen in deep trouble. Only illegals are allowed to not pay taxes.
