Convicted sex offender caught by Border Patrol

A convicted sex offender was among a group of four undocumented immigrants caught by U.S. Border Patrol agents Thursday night in the Americas Canal in South El Paso, agents said.
An identity check found that a 51-year-old man from Mexico, whose name was not released, had previously been deported after serving eight years in a Texas prison after a conviction for indecency with a child, said Supervisory Border Patrol Agent Demetrio L. Guerra. Illegal re-entry charges are pending against the man.

has anyone else noticed how many sex offenders come from South of the Border... it seems that they prey on young children by habit.. is this part of the culture
