ID theft sentence: EL PASO -- A man was sentenced to the maximum five years in prison for identity theft by U.S. District Court Judge Frank Montalvo, the U.S. attorney's office said Wednesday.
Ruben Gastelum-Rascon, 38, was arrested by Customs and Border Protection officials on Nov. 27, 2007, as he tried to enter the U.S. using a false identification.

Gastelum-Rascon had used the identification to get a Texas ID card, Social Security card and more than $150,000 in credit.

[b]I agree WorriedAmerican. The solution, as I see it, is if they have no job, no money, no food stamps, no welfare etc. etc. etc. they will self deport. But there are so many, thanks to are federal government
