Truck full of immigrants rolls over, killing one

ALAMO, Texas - The driver of a pickup truck full of apparent illegal immigrants was killed Wednesday after losing control of the vehicle while trying to outrun border agents, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said.

The accident happened at a rural intersection about 2 a.m., ICE spokeswoman Nina Pruneda said.

Pruneda said Border Patrol agents got information about a truck leaving a brushy area loaded with people. Agents were pursuing the truck when it rolled over at a high speed, Pruneda said.

The driver, a Honduran, was pronounced dead of his injuries about 3:30 a.m. The remaining six were treated at area hospitals and were being released into ICE custody. The immigrants were from Mexico and Honduras.

"Definitely we're looking into this as a human smuggling operation," Pruneda said.

I think they should bill ACLU, LA RAZA< etc. every group that is involved in any law suit against a town for trying to enforce their laws!!!
