Yes, anyone who aided and abetted her should be prosecuted.
She's been in the US since 1999. So she's not eligible for asylum. Then she should have already been deported and her asylum claim denied.
Put her in jail for at least 6 months in Federal Tent City on Federal Land with a panel of Federal Judges and then deport her on the spot!
Fire, fine and jail the employees who aided and abetted her.
Get all Federal Immigration and & Visa violations and those foreign criminals out of the local and state jurisdiction and out of their jails.
Federal Tent City for all illegals, non-citizens, visa overstays, asylum, refugees, TPS criminals! That is where they should be processed and where they belong to serve time and/or be deported on the spot! No taxpayer funded lawyers!
They are not US citizens, they are not our peers! They should be processed in a specific separate branch of Federal Immigration & Visa court not mixed in with legal US citizens!
I wonder how her and her lawyer expect to get an exemption from the 1-year requirement? Asylum was not designed for any old illegal that gets caught 3 years later to use as an excuse to extend their stay or beat the system. The 1-year set date for application is plenty of time for someone fleeing persecution to legally apply.
According to law she does not qualify, however, her lawyer must have something up his sleeve.
She said the golf club "held her documents", so how did her lawyer get them to give them to the FBI?
Unless was stated otherwise in a contract of employment, I suppose a persons document on file with the company are a shared property. Furthermore, places of employment don't normally keep original documents, they copy the original documents prior to returning them to the owner. Of course if the lady did have illegal documents created for her by Trump's golf club, that could explain why she didn't have them. The company wouldn't want evidence of their wrong doing floating around out there. Those illegal documents could have been used only to hide her employment from DHS. It could have all been a paperwork drill.
Maybe more information and facts will reveal themselves as the investigation progresses.
