Three Mexicans who were trying to smuggle a group of 14 immigrants into the United States were slightly wounded by flying glass when U.S. Border Patrol agents opened fire on their vehicle near a border crossing in the northwestern state of Baja California.
The incident occurred Saturday near the town of Los Algodones, near the U.S. border.

The migrant smugglers were hit by gunfire from the U.S. agents as they were trying to take 10 men and four women into the United States.

Mexican immigration officials said the vehicle was detected by the U.S. Border Patrol as it tried to cross into the United States at a site called Mesa de Andrade. Authorities said the smugglers fled back into Mexico after the incident.

Love how they call them 'people smugglers'.

And they will probably come back in a week or two pressing charges against these border agents like they did to Ramos and Compean.

Hopefully it will scare many of them. They'll think, "Hey their shooting at us!! Let's go back home!!

Not if the BP agents are jailed for shooting at the people smugglers. Perhaps their car tried to run down one of the agents ? I hope the BP are all ok. It will be intereting to hear how they justify their use of force.
Bet, we don't hear any more from the BP ?
