The two men were pronounced dead at the scene. The deceased driver was identified as 25-year-old Jorge (HOR'-hay) Barrera-Barrera. His dead passenger was 35-year-old Jacobo Godoy. Another passenger, 32-year-old Byron Barrera of Hagerstown, Maryland was taken to the hospital then was taken into custody on charges in a burglary and assault case from 2002.
