VA: Prince William may sue Homeland Security
Prince William may sue Homeland Security
By: Ben Giles 02/14/11 8:05 PM
Examiner Staff Writer
.Prince William County will consider Tuesday whether to sue the Department of Homeland Security for records on thousands of criminal illegal immigrants county police turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The decision comes immediately after ICE missed Monday's court-ordered deadline to release a report on Carlos Martinelly Montano, an illegal immigrant charged with killing a nun in a drunken driving accident. County Board Chairman Corey Stewart said the board will likely vote Tuesday to request a full-blown congressional investigation into DHS and file a lawsuit requesting the records.
"I've completely lost confidence in that agency," Stewart said. "They have done nothing but stonewall. They can't do their job, and they can't even release a damn report."

GO VIRGINIA! Hell yes, sue their butts. In fact, every state, all 50 states, should sue DHS for immediate release of all information concerning illegal aliens in their state.

WASHINGTON - A public interest group has filed a lawsuit to get more information about a drunk-driving suspect who is accused of hitting and killing a Virginia nun.
The group Judicial Watch wants the Department of Homeland Security to release documents related to an internal investigation of Carlos Martinelly Montano. He has been charged in the death of Sister Denise Mosier in Prince William County in August. Two other nuns were also injured in the crash.
Reports show Martinelly Montano was scheduled for deportation. However, his deportation hearing was delayed three times and never took place.
Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, joined us on the FOX 5 News at 10 to discuss more about the lawsuit filed.
