This is good news for our side. They do seem to be hearing us. But don't let your guard down. There are still many battles ahead!

I have to call my senators and tell them talk you. They got an ear full from me last week. And one of my congressman's aids told me that they didn't know anything about it and thanked me for calling them and bringing it to their attention. I guess sometimes we know what is going on before they do. We have this site to thank for that!

Good job everyone and thank you ALIPAC!

Did Arlen Specter not actually READ the bill, or did all those emails I sent him asking for his immediate resignation finally get to him? I have to wonder because his track record clearly shows he hates the American people. Perhaps he has finally realized that his tenure is in jeopardy.

Regardless, I'm so glad to finally hear some good news! I got this email from ALIPAC first thing this morning, and it put me in a great mood! I'm now sending Sen. Arlen Specter another email, thanking him for finally opening his eyes and using his people-given power to better America!

He's making it real easy for me to vote against him next time he's up--I just don't understand what on earth he's thinking.

I'm afraid he's turning out to be mostly one of those "yes men" for Bush!He should take a hint from Sen. Dole!
