Before I get into the stealing of our elections, I want to make a few comments here about the Mexican truck invasion, another slap in the face to Americans and American truck drivers. I've been recovering from emergency surgery on my spine August 30, 2007, and am a tad bit behind in columns. Only a party hack or visitor from outer space can deny at this point in time that Bush's agenda, just like his father before him, Bill Clinton and other past presidents, is the elimination of these united States of America and total integration with Mexico and Canada into one region of a world government. The North American Union (NAU) and the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) is the final shot being fired; the process is well underway. The Mexican truck invasion is just another step in the destruction of more jobs and our sovereignty. The Teamster's Union filed a lawsuit which was struck down by the Ninth Silly Circuit Court. Teamster chief boss, James P. Hoffa stated in a recent interview: "The Teamsters will do everything in our power to put a stake through the heart of this lawless program," Hoffa added. "We will pursue our lawsuit all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary, and we will demand that our politicians act to represent the people who elected them." Let us remember that former president Bill Clinton, who committed treason when he sold our most sensitive secrets to the communist Chinese, had a tawdry oral sex relationship with an intern in the White House and is accused of raping Juanita Broaddrick, is the one who signed the unconstitutional NAFTA into law. Clinton and his Marxist business partner wife, Hillary, claim to be for the working man. Nothing could be further from the truth (their net worth is now $50 MILLION) and his signature on the bottom line of the NAFTA treaty spelled the first giant step in reducing the middle class to poverty. On September 7, 2007, a lawsuit was filed on behalf of Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (a.k.a. OOIDA) in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to stop this insanity. Does anyone have any doubt as to the outcome?

This past week, Dr. Jerome Corsi has revealed the issuance of the first driver's licenses from North Carolina bearing the NAU logo and Mexican trucks began rolling across our borders in the dead of night. Now, why do you suppose Bush and his minions at DOT used the cover of night to get this invasion underway? While useful fools like Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and other very high paid mouthpieces poo poo the NAU and have kept their programs focused on bombing Iran into oblivion and more salacious photos and stories of pop tarts and their slutty lifestyles, some members of Congress are upset over Bush allowing this insane Mexican truck experiment to proceed: "It was done in the dark of the night with very little notice," said Rep. Peter DeFazio, D-Ore., who sponsored legislation for the pilot program under certain safety criteria." DeFazio isn't the lone voice, but what are they going to do about it besides the usual whining?

The Teamster's were slapped down by the most incompetent court in this country - the Ninth Circuit. This is the most over turned court, which translated means these judges consistently don't do their job - they fail at it over and over and over. How many times have we heard members of Congress from both parties complain about this court? What has the counterfeit U.S. Senate done about it? NOTHING. If you were an employer, would you keep an employee whose job performance was 10% accurate? So, why then won't these gas bags and grandstanders in the Senate take control of the situation and impeach these judges destroying our country and way of life? Because they're prissy, sissy cowards one and all and this is why I continue to stress that we must get the Seventeenth Amendment fraud exposed and corrected. In the meantime, we the people pay the salary of judges who should have been removed from the bench years ago. When is enough going to be enough?

If Congress is so upset about this Mexican truck disaster in the making, why haven't they acted? Oh, there's a bill in Congress sponsored by Duncan Hunter addressing safety issues, but it's just another smokescreen that will allow this invasion to continue and increase in size! The real issue here is we the people do NOT want these trucks coming across our borders. Not only will this kill off jobs for American truckers, it is a serious security risk, it WILL put we the people and our families at risk with no justice once the accidents start piling up, it will enable drug cartels to do more business and let's not forget the smuggling of illegals aliens. If Congress really wanted to stop this they can do it two ways in a heart beat: (1) Congress has complete oversight over the Federal Department of Transportation. They make the laws and these agencies are supposed to follow them. The House could immediately draft a piece of legislation to stop this program and get it passed. The Senate could pass the same bill and then send it to Bush who would veto it. If there are enough members of Congress who feel the heat, they can over ride the veto. The Minnesota bridge tragedy occurred on August 1, 2007. Within 48 hours, Congress voted to write another hot check in the amount of $250 million phantom dollars to rebuild the bridge. These poltroons can act quick as a fox when they want. To allow Bush to continue down this path is to allow him to continue as a dictator with no checks and balances.

If this trucking nightmare is indeed a provision of NAFTA, that can be cured in a NY second by the counterfeit senate controlled by the Democrats. Open Socialist Bernard Sanders and useful idiot, Joseph Libermann are independents in name only; they always vote with their communist colleagues so you can say the counterfeit senate is Democrat controlled. Now, those who are Democrat shouldn't get in a snit. Remember the Communist Party USA endorsed John Kerry when he ran and their current goal is to "..end Republican control of the White House and increase the margin in Congress for Democrats." Why? Because the agenda of the Democratic Party most closely aligns with the communist manifesto; the Republicans are catching up at hyper speed. As for those who call themselves "progressives" who get upset with me when I tell them they have swallowed the communitarian doctrine (communism), here's what the Reds have to say on that: "In the Democratic presidential field are history making candidates. Their politics range from centrist to left, but as a whole, the field is more progressive than what has come before. It includes a woman, African American, Mexican American, son of a mill worker, and foremost peace leader." Notice, there's nothing about adhering to the U.S. Constitution. It's all about a person's skin color or gender. One of the poster boys for "progressive politics" is another useful idiot who knows nothing about the U.S. Constitution, Barack Obama.

The Democrat controlled counterfeit U.S. Senate can draft legislation tomorrow to get the U.S. out of NAFTA immediately and that would shut down the truckers invasion. To say this can't be done is to lay down and let your enemy steam roll right over you. Either we have real men in the U.S. Congress who have the guts and resolve to get the job done or we have nothing but more wimps. Again, this is why I continue to hammer on the Seventeenth Amendment issue. Had this fraud been exposed and corrected years ago, we would NOT be in this mess, on the cliff of annihilation, today. Please call your counterfeit U.S. Senator today and demand they get legislation drafted immediately to get America out of NAFTA and stop this truck invasion. They have allowed the human invasion to reach critical mass where illegals are killing dozens of Americans each day, stealing our jobs and leaving our borders wide open for terrorists and drug cartels to cross. This truck "experiment" must be stopped, period. We the people defeated the heinous amnesty bill a few months ago and we can do the same here if hundreds of thousands of people flood the counterfeit senate this week with phone calls, faxes or personal visits if possible.


Once again: The NAU is about trade and $$$$. Big $$$$. In my last column I urged Americans to make the commitment to stop buying foreign products and services. Today. Stop. Buy Made in the USA. It's not that difficult. If you can't find what you want in the Made in America section, use a search engine. Real American companies want your business. Our survival is on the line and that's no hyperbole. Either you support American workers or we will continue to see our standard of living drop to poverty level and no one's job sector will be secure. Those Mexican trucks are full of junk from our enemies like Communist China. Let them deliver their clothes made by slave labor, defective toys, pesticide ridden fruits and vegetables and leave them to rot on the store shelves.

Vote fraud: the tool of tyrants

For fourteen long years I have been on the vote fraud issue. In the index below is the link to my columns. Only someone in willful denial or whose personal agenda is best served by this fraud can say we have fair and impartial elections. It is a lie. Electronic ballot machines have been stealing our elections since the late 1960s and that is a fact. As I wrote in a recent column, these incompetent idiots in Congress allocated more than a BILLION DOLLARS on easily rigged voting machines for the states. Of course, there's no money is the treasury, so this represents more hot checks, but these crooks, cowards and criminals don't care. They only care about genuflecting to which ever special interest group puts the most heat on them. We will pay on the interest and pass the compounding interest on to our children, grand children and their children, but the crash will come before those generations. And for what? Tens of millions of dollars in legal challenges and candidates who didn't legally win an election. The machines have served the shadow government well.

The Voter Confidence and Increased Accessibility Act has an impressive number of supporters in our worthless Congress - the same Congress which has allowed this to grow into a massive fraud game every election year. The same Congress Americans continue to "elect" over and over who never get the job done right, only more "fixes." H.R. 811, section 2(a)(1)(2)(A) calls for:

"The voting system shall require the use of or produce an individual voter-verified paper ballot of the voter's vote that shall be created by or made available for inspection and verification by the voter before the voter's vote is cast and counted. For purposes of this clause, examples of such a ballot include a paper ballot marked by the voter for the purpose of being counted by hand or read by an optical scanner or other similar device, a paper ballot prepared by the voter to be mailed to an election official (whether from a domestic or overseas location), a paper ballot created through the use of a ballot marking device or system, or a paper ballot produced by a touch screen or other electronic voting machine, so long as in each case the voter is permitted to verify the ballot in a paper form in accordance with this subparagraph."

NO, NO, NO. This is how we got in this mess - any machine can be compromised; you only need go to the index of vote fraud columns below to get the truth about these machines. Be sure to watch the short video below, Election Deception. The states of the Union do NOT have to use electronic machines and we the people MUST demand at our city council meetings (the Mayor attends these meetings) that all machines are forbidden. If machines are allowed to continue counting the votes with this smokescreen of a "paper trail," we won't fix the problem, the American people will simply be taken for a another ride in a different runaway vehicle. Absentee ballots are no guarantee your vote will count or even get counted.

Congress must get rid of the disaster they passed called The Motor Voter law of 1993; see here. Ever since this free pass to voter registration fraud passed and was signed into law by Marxist Bill Clinton, the voting rolls have become so tainted, we have no idea who is getting legally elected. My Blind Loyalty booklet on my CD is full of factual data on illegals voting; sample of the numbers here. Do Americans remember when Bob Dornan allegedly lost his election to Loretta Sanchez who I am convinced is an illegal alien? Even the weak attempt at an investigation into Dornan's race produced voting rolls with names like A. Martinez, B. Martinez, C. Martinez - all with non verifiable addresses.

Let me give you one prime example of tainted voting rolls:

"Stephen Weir, Contra Costa County Clerk and head of the Elections Department has just issued the results of the department's 2- year "voter roll correction" program. This program has resulted in an astounding 21.8% reduction in registered voters in the county.... The purge is even more dramatic when you consider that during the same period 139,340 new registrations were added!

"The elections department had come under intense criticism and scrutiny as a result of the very close Measure C school bond issue in November 1995 and the hotly contested State Senate race in November of 1996. Weir is hopeful that this major housecleaning of the voter rolls will instill more voter confidence and reduce the potential for voter fraud...."

"Radio talk show hosts and media pundits like to chant over and over and over that people aren't voting because they are "disenfranchised" from politics or their "party isn't getting the message out" and other such tripe. The truth is that millions and millions of people now know that the ballot box has been comprised and refuse to participate in the fake steering wheel exercise.

"The example above was particularly interesting to me because in early April, 1998, I spoke to a Republican women's organization at the country club in Danville, California and Stephen Weir was in the audience. I am hopeful, although I have no way of knowing, that my speech that day had some impact on Mr. Weir and this voter roll purge that apparently was in its infancy at that time. No one wins with vote fraud. Everything starts on election day. I will never run for public office again until the voter rolls in this state are purged, until people are forced to prove their legal residency in this country, until the machines are gone and paper hand marked ballots are counted in front of anyone who wants to watch. I'd rather wait a week to find out I lost fairly than be cheated again. I don't need fast food elections. The final question is this: How much longer can America survive with rigged elections? Remember Stalin's words: "Voters decide nothing; those who count the votes decide everything."

Kudos to Mr. Weir back then for taking decisive action. How many "elections" have we seen where the win-loss margin is 5-10%. How about 21.8% of the voting rolls in just one dirty county as was proven above? Can you imagine how many illegals are voting in havens like Los Angeles, NYC, Miami, Detriot, Denver, Houston, Phoenix, etc? The illegals are having a heyday at the ballot box. Every county election office in this country must begin a purge of their voting rolls NOW. Otherwise, we will never stand a chance at getting rid of all these traitors in office and corrupt public officials. Please don't serve up the excuse that there's no money. Every state in this Union has been raped and brought to their knees to the tune of tens to hundreds of billions of dollars coddling, educating, feeding, medicating and incarcerating nearly 20 million criminals (illegal aliens) because of decisions made by rotten judges and elected officials who got there by vote fraud. Too bad if there's not enough money for more welfare for illegal aliens or special interest groups and their endless demands. I don't care how loud anti-American Latino groups scream. I don't care how many demonstrations the militant, seditious LaRaza organization funds. I don't care how many fits the American Communist Lawyers Union (ACLU) has while they file more lawsuits. Our right to fair and impartial elections takes precedence over their screeching.

What I care about is we have NO idea who is getting elected and the same thing will happen in 2008. Wonderful, dedicated Americans can work their fingers to the bone trying to get candidates elected who deserve to be in office, but with the machines and tainted voting rolls controlling the vote, it's nothing more than an exercise in futility while the shadow government laughs at what they consider our puny efforts. Either we have paper ballots, hand marked and counted inside the precincts in front of the public before they're transported to the county clerk or we will change nothing. This is not a liberal or conservative issue. It's an American issue.



As I have said for the past 8 election cycles - this process must begin NOW, not two months from the November 2008 elections. If you are fed up with our elections being stolen from us, then get to your city council meetings with a good flyer and hand them out to everyone attending. Then ask for time to address the council and mayor. Pass your flyer out at work, at every town hall meeting, debate - anywhere legal. Call your state rep and state senator - even if your legislature is out of office - and tell them electronic voting machines and tainted voting rolls are stealing your right to fair and impartial elections. Demand legislation get passed outlawing machines - all machines in your state - and mandatory purging of voting rolls in every county in your state and get it done before the 2008 elections or they will again be 'pretend' elections. This is critical for the presidential election in '08 and electoral college votes.



I rest my case on this issue. I've done all I can, written all I can, given enough proof to choke an elephant. It's really up to we the people to get this job done with the help of honest public servants both at the county and state levels. Otherwise, we will see more court challenges, more red herring legislation from Congress, more time wasted and more hundreds of millions of dollars wasted to keep a system (machines) that will never work and voting rolls that are allowing non citizens to vote. I have figured that the illegals were voting. It seems very obvious when they really started catering to their votes, Why do you think they had debates in Spanish. I wish that more people woke up sooner and realized it really was happening.

I witnessed what I believe was voter fraud when I lived in Nashua NH. Currently they have a growing illegal and legal immigration population. Back in the early 2000's, when I lived there, there were hardly any Spanish speaking people. When we went to vote, there were quite a few mini vans in the parking lot with Massachusetts plates and a line out of the door with people speaking Spanish quite loudly. My husband and I almost died. We reported it to the Republican and Democratic state parties but never heard back. NH still refuses to require ID when you vote. Illegals and college students vote quite a bit up here now.

I have never understood why it is a problem to prove who you are when you vote. How is it a hardship to show id?

The thing that really scares me is that in the 2004 election, when I checked in, there was a guy from Moveon.org looking at the check-in sheets. Who is to say that if they find out that you have not voted that they will not send someone in as an impostor? Afterall, you do not need to show id to vote in NH.
I called the republican party that night and found out that moveon.org is allowed to read the check in sheets. Boy was I mad. No one should be able to look at the voter check in sheet-no one. It is no one's damn business if I voted or not.

Regrettably, this is a long-standing and serious problem in elections. Since the civil rights movements there has been a well placed trend to assure that all impediments are removed from the voting process. We have, in that pursuit, probably corrupted the system. Some states allow registration by post card and absentee balloting that never requires the physical presence of the voter. It is ripe for abuse.

I am familiar with a nearby jurisdiction where a video was made of a candidate in a local election discussing a plan to buy a bloc of votes and offering the money for them. The case was not prosecuted before the election because the district attorney didn't want to affect the outcome. The candidate lost. After the election the D.A. determined that he was disqualified and referred the case to the attorney general for prosecution. It died on the vine and the man was never prosecuted.

How is this for irony? Yesterday I served jury duty and while checking in EVERYONE had to present their jury duty notice AND a drivers license (or state issued id)! Oh, and when you call the court number the night before, to receive reporting instructions, you are NOT given the option to press 2 for spanish and ALL the jury instruction pamphlets handed out when you check in are in ENGLISH ONLY.

I wonder how they manage in Miami? I know if the person being tried only speaks Spanish they have translators.

We still have paper ballets in Idaho, you show your valid Id they look you up on a list, they check your name off, hand you a paper ballet you walk over to a booth put your ballot on the empty counter pick up your pencil and mark the ballet, walk over and drop it in a slotted box. Cheap and easy!!!

This is what they should still be doing, they can extend the amount of time to vote to allow for the larger population.

We do not need computers, punch machines or anyother Bull!!

The biggest problem with the paper ballots is the counting process. Many people make errors in marking them. If the intent of the voter can't be determined, the ballot has to be disqualified. The process is also time-consuming and vulnerable. I can't imagine how a large county like Los Angeles or Chicago could possibly count them by hand.

But it looks like we are not even close to getting a computerized system that can't be penetrated.

They extend the the days to vote and open more offices, it worked for 250 years, and if people can't mark a simple box they should not be voting or they should ask for help, they can do a recount by hand why can't they just count them that way in the first place. I don't know of a computer that can not be hacked and they are not changeing just a few votes, on a computer they can change thounsands in seconds, that would be hard to do hand counting.

If our vote is so important we don't have to be in such a hurry, stretch it out over a few days!
